This course will teach you about installing software. It will also teach you about downloading and transferring files around the internet and onto your computer.

These skills are important for you to be able to download programs and install them on your computer. There are several ways of installing software and the traditional method is via a CD, the new way is via Internet downloads.

You'll also learn about Zipped files and the Winzip program. This module is a must if you wish to completed any module that includes a workbook that uses exercise files and/or downloading and installing files.
